Default Congrats John Redmond and your team !!!

John,
Your goal of turning around a turbine repair has been achieved. I sent my P-140 in for a minor repair last Friday. Tuesday I was notified that you had received it. Wednesday you called me to say it was fixed and was being sent to UPS; and today, UPS delivered it. Just ONE week from being mailed. Your goal of quick turn around has been achieved! Many thanks to you and your team. You are another reason that "Jetting" is such a wonderful addiction.

I'll call it like I see it. John and his team did an amazing job on my RX180. First of all, it was running fine but John recommended to send it in for an upgrade at no cost. Before I knew that he had received the motor he had already texted pictures of the disassembly and reassembly of the motor and shipped it back that day. Wow!

Thanks John and the great team at Jetcat.

Big Shout out of thanks to John Redmond at JCUSA! Great customer service yesterday… I will definitely buy another jetcat in the future if the need arises!

Thanks guys. We are still along way from where I want to be. For most they are now seeing service times at less than 10 days. For others they are still plagued with parts issues and long repair times as our team continues to grow in efficiency and quality. I do appreciate the kind words and will pass along to the entire team.

I will say we had a very unfortunate departure with our main office girl Annette leaving us to follow her family and husband to South Dakota for work. We truly wish her the best and I can assure you we are missing her. As I am pulling the current office program every day all I can say is I want her back!!!

Stick with us and we will once again show you what the real JetCat program is like.

Until next time, enjoy the flight!

My recent experience unfortunately does not reflect yours. I sent my turbine in on Jan 4, 3-day priority mail and haven't gotten confirmation of arrival yet.

Sounds like you have a problem with the shipper, not JetCat. Did you get a tracking #?

My recent repair was handled in a similar fashion. 13 days from shipment to receipt and that includes travel time from Tennessee to California and back and not priority shipping either. Needless to say I was very pleased. Congrats to John and his team.
