Sorry Marty, not your fault.

It's a US thing, apparently it won't open if accessing from CONUS.

There are several changes going on, there is going to be a new US company controlling sales, but many of the reps will still be involved. I'm sure they will chime in.

This will be their site http://www.carf-models-usa.com

Andreas discussed this at BITW jet rally last month. They had the 15% October discount to lower the inventory at the US warehouse in Reno NV. The remaining inventory is being moved to St Augustine, FL to the new US warehouse operator. The person that was importing Extra and Diamond full scale aircraft is now going to be part of the system.

To All CARF Models USA customers. To set the record straight. The warehousing of the CARF-Model Products sold in the US has been relocated to Florida. The sales team, will remain intact. There will be some changes in the ordering, billing and processing procedures that will make ordering our Models much simpler. We will also be providing a help desk for help with building and additional equipment support.. We will be increasing the stock levels of all aircraft in the US. We will be stocking all spare parts and accessories in the same warehouse, so this will save the customer in shipping costs. We will also be bringing new and fresh colorscheme and new models into the CARF Models Line up in the coming months.

All the CARF -Models are still designed and manufactured by CARF Models in the CARF Model Factory and we will provide the same level ofcompletion, strength of internal structures and highest quality of fit and finish. All sales will be managed through our sale rep system to provide the most reliable and best possible customer support available.

Rest assured that CARF MODELS will continue to provide only the highest quality model aircraft.

Hello All: Andy and I are excited about the changes coming for Carf Models USA. We've been involved with Carf Models since it's inception at the JR Challenge over twelve years ago. It would be safe to say you'll be seeing a refreshed approach to marketing & sales of Carf Models USA that will be much more user friendly with focus on exceptional customer service, product availability and support. As the principal owner of Ray & Robin's Hobby Center I've worked in the hobby industry for over twenty years and have always viewed the Carf-Models product line as one of the very best values on the market. The changes currently in the works will enhance it's value even further allowing you to purchase with confidence the full line of Jets, Warbirds, Aerobatic and Super Scale airframes offered. 2015 is going to be an exciting year as these changes unfold with new airplanes, new schemes and a new approach. Andy and I will always be available to help guide you through these changes to assure the best possible Carf-Models USA purchasing experience in the future. We will also be working to support out close knit list of Carf Models USA Dealers. Stay tuned for more information as we work together to elevate the Carf Models USA brand!
