Default 18MZ owners and the new R7003SB Receiver

Guys around Christmas i got two of new R7003SB (latest version / gold dot on the back) .
The time came today to install then on the jet but i must be doing something wrong as i can not bind them.

I use the 12Z.I tried also with a 14MZ but having the same problem.I have no problem with the R6303SB receiver.
Any 18MZ user facing the same problem?

The 7003SB are FAASTest Rx's and unfortunately are not compatible with the 14Z or 12Z radios, only the 14SG and 18Z.

Not sure but maybe since it is a telemetry RX it will only bind with a telemetry Tx( 18MZ or 14SG)?

Maybe I'm not understanding your dilemma, but can't you set the system type first in linkage menu then bind your recv'r.

He's not using an 18MZ so that menu is not available.
