Big Head Jet from Fly-Models Review and Build
#27
I dunno, are you sure you can handle it? Because in preschool I learned how to present measurements in standardized format. For example, writing 2lbs 3oz instead of "2.3 pound" like you did earlier.
Ultimately though, I'm familiar with Fly Model construction. They use stingy amounts of substandard glue, and very weak plywood. On a sub $500 trainer, that can be overlooked. But on a $2700 sport jet that's trying to compete with Skymaster or CARF, that's just not going to cut it. If it were half the price I might consider it.
Since I can't trust your math, or measurements then I can't trust you to provide a proper, unbiased, review. Since you appear to be very rude and closed minded when multiple people show you an error you've made I don't really want to stick around in this thread any longer. Enjoy your jet; I'll pass.

The Filter have to be installed vertical (thats important) .....
If you install it horizontal you may have air bubbles in the filter
which can cause a flame out.
hope this helps .... good luck on your maiden

Yes the plane ready to flight is 25 pounds Quality is ok is not perfect I did some reinforcement in the rudder mount for just to have some peace in my mind and I pass the notes to the Distributor so he can pass those to manufacture the retracts hardware and trust tube they are pretty good they are gone work with the price to be more competitive

Thanks for the info. Obviously the most important thing is to being able to take the abuse in the air. This plane interests me and your comment of them working on the price is good to hear. At their price point quality needs to be really good. No perfect but really good. I look forward to the flying portion of your review.

Well finally i got the chance to test flight the jet this past weekend we got a get together at GA Jets and Friday i put the first flight everything went well on the first flight i didn't put the retracts up so i flew with the gear down ant trim the plane for take off and landing on landing notice the plane nose heavy so from the 12 oz i was having in the nose for balance i remove half for the second flight during the second flight on Saturday i gear up and trim the plane for normal flight use less up trim from the previews flight and landing feels better when i got home today i remove the other half of the weight for the next flight i will be attending The jet event in Bomber Field Texas at the end of the month and i will have the plane there to do more testing and plan to take some video this time
