Default behotec electric retract

Hi everybody,

First excuse me for my english language my first is french!

Hi have a little problem whit my c36/2 behotec electric retract, two main work perfectly but the nose retract don't retract complete close. the open position is great, the slider is completly open. The retract kit is new!!

Anyone have idea about my trouble.

The units are completely programmable. They usually come pre programmed from the factory in the closed position and to open at 90 degrees. You should have instructions that tell you how to set the limits. If not they are probably available on the internet.

But did you set the landing gear up per the manual? Altrecare RC in Canada sells these gear and has a link to the manual posted on the site. http://www.altecare.com/behoteceline.htm
Go to that link and follow the instructions for Set RC -Gear, Landing Gear Out and Landing Gear Retracted. If you haven't done these steps then you probably are not going to get the gear to work.

I had a problem with some Behotec electric retracts where there was a slight burr on the jack screw so the retract would stop mid way up. I had to strip the unit and run a die down the thread to clean it up, then it ran great.

is possible to open/remove the retract screw?
