Default Woodland Davis Jet Rally in 2017?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if they are having a jet event this year? I tried to check the website but it is down and I really don't know who to ask.

I have not been to one of their events since they got the new field, it looks gorgeous.

Thanks in advance,

They had a pretty big hit on their field from the flooding in California this winter. Not sure of their schedule, but I hope they do. A lot of good people over there.

We are not having one this year but I believe AMOS at Roseville is and definitely Delta Valley Modeler is having their annual jet meet at the Kindom Airpark near Stockton, this one you should attend, it's getting popular by the year and the attendance is increasing by the year, their dinner and raffle prices are excellent, the flying site is a privately owned GA airport, best flying happens, ALL DAY this is a pm field ( Sun in your back after 12 ) but it is flyable all day, lots of flying too.

The WDARC field was flooded during the rainy months then the wind came and it picked up the edges of the runway and more, that did it, we decided to put down a new runway, when the rain finally stopped we waited for another two months to remove the old petromat then we waited again for almost two months to prepare the runway for the new petromat.

The WDARC field is up and running now, thanks to the member's hard work to get it ready for the flying season, it is ready for all types of flying, brand spanking new runway.

Swing by and bring an airplane to fly

Our web service provider has gone through some changes and our website has been a casualty. We are working on getting it back up shortly. If anyone has questions about our club feel free to email me!
