Kevin, your model looked most excellent in flight! I hope to see a lot more of that airplane. Excellent pics from Pat Fernandez too!

My email address is: [email protected]. I do the AIM-7s, gunpods, and other goodies.

I may do a Rev A on the AIM-7s and shorten them, per Ozie and Kevin's inputs. The aft missile troughs are fine, but the fwd missile troughs are a bit short on the model (others have also noted the forward fuselage being a bit short - this all agrees with the troughs).

Even though I usually build oddball subjects, the F-4 is my all time favorite airplane.

We could make LAU-10 / Zuni rockets if people are interested. They are simple pods that hold 4 rockets of 5" diameter. I was actually looking at making rocket launchers for my MiG-21, which has a more interesting shape...

LAU-10 launcher for Zuni rockets

UB-16 (or similar) rocket launcher for Russkie jets

You mean this.

Probably should start a new thread if anyone is interested. It won't be a PNP thread so probably not many followers......

Jetcat P180RX, fuel pump, ECU on the right side.

It came in just under 33 lbs with fuel in the UAT only.

CG recommendations varied between 300-340mm, I was shooting for 325, it came in at 333mm with no additional weight.

Yep, I got three flights on it during the Greater Southwest Jet Rally about a month ago. It felt perfect.

As Buck said, the battery holders are made by Ron Schwarzkopf, RSMP. They are simple little 3D printed holders that the A-123 packs fit in perfectly, and are held in place by a single velcro strap. They made it possible for me to make the battery tray. It allows all the batteries to be installed/removed together, and is held in place with two screws. Works great.
