Default Up-3

I have a UP-3 which has air leaking from both ends of the shuttle when it is any where near the travel limits. It will need new O-rings I think. Would anyone know the o-ring required or where I can purchase them? I have searched and not found the answer.

John, mine is doing the exact same thing. Was working great one moment and now hemorrhages air. Weird. Please let us know what you find.

Do not use o-ring lube !!! Use only Corning 55 on UP valves.. If has problems, send it back to UP in Canada, they will repair and return at no charge..

Good advice Dan. Better to have the pro's fix their own unit.

I have no idea if true or not so I'm only repeating this to possibly save someone some grief but I heard over the weekend that UP is no longer in business ?????? If someone know otherwise please correct me but just in case I'm correct it may be wise to contact them before sending anything to be sure it doesn't fall into a black hole.. Hopefully I'm wrong about this as I'd hate to see more good stuff become unavailable..

It turns out, after reading the instructions I found for a UP-6, that they request the unit be returned to the manufacturer for repairs. The bottom line in bold print says " Do not disassemble the valve.", but then says to only lube with Dow Corning #55.
I think I will err on the side of caution and attempt to have the manufacturer effect the repair.

And the new owners service is very quick and efficient-just had 3 of my valves serviced. Quick and easy.
