By the way ..... I'm going to use ENJET Turbine engines from Pilot-Rc. E-120 12kg trust turbine...
this E120 use Bluetooth connection , just down load the apps on yr mobile phone .... and it has self learning throttle setting , which mean no calibration needed to startup the turbine ... normally we need to calibrate low/idle/high throttle in order to start the turbine engine...
~smooth startup and quick acceleration too , not bad...
... and with auto restart function.

Paint may be in the eye of the beholder, however, I think that pattern actually compliments the shape of the airframe rather nicely. It appears original to me and isn't so busy it'll get lost at distance. Well executed, and uh...not a fan of fish-shaped planes, but I get that it's a functon of aerodynamics more than form. Still, nice plane...

Good day Chaps,
This is an awesome jet, myself and my buddy got our on Saturday 26 August. The red one is no 6 off production line, Martin Pickering got No7 and the Yellow one mine No 8.
Basically an AWESOME flying jet, fast slow no bad habits. Dry weight with all in except fuel 11.3KG. We both put 14kg King Tech K140g in. Come low and slow over the runway with flaps down and increase power pull flaps in at the same time pull nose up and she's gone, out of site. Lands slow and even in a crosswind condition when you add the rudder she does not even pick up a wing. The one chap mentioned you fly pattern,...well this one you will enjoy, as I also flew a bit of pattern and she is straight as an arrow. The Quality and the gear sent with the kit is excellent quality. I put a 1800mah Lipo on the retracts and after three flights it only consumed 68ma. I will try and upload some pics. Have a look at the YouTube Unboxing the new Pilot RC Predator.

That's excellent news, congrats on a very nice looking jet..
This will be my 1st jet so its good to hear that the predator flies well and slows down nicely.
I'm going with a Jetcat 220 RXI in mine, The 220 RXI has 9N residual idle thrust hoping this is good, want my first leap into turbines to be a pleasant one.. Your thoughts on the 220 in this jet. Tony @ Pilot told me the tailpipe will handle the 220. Also there is a video of the Predator with the 220 RXI. We will soon know,

Some More, and remember feel free to ask if you need help with info with the build. If you build with out rushing you could finish it in about 2 to 3 days. This is the first kit that the only thing I glued is the plastic cable supports. The set that I used is same as on the Pilot RC webpage except I put in more flaps (85mm) and 2mm more aileron. All surfaces 25% expo and rudder 40%. Enjoy the flights.
Have a great day
