I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Brett at Chief. As you know I have had a rash of bad luck ordering and receiving kits! After telling Brett my sob story LOL, he volunteered to unpack the kit, inspect all the components and then send me pictures for approval all before running my credit card!!

Lets look at the fuse. It was a lot bigger than I thought!

All the markings appear to be painted on. Even the nomenclature seems that way as I do not see any edges like you would with a water slide transfer. They are either painted or dry transfer.

Here is a shot of the bottom nose section and gear doors. The gear is pretty massive and looks indestructible.

Here are the speed brakes. The cylinders are about the size of my Ultra Flash Struts! The detail on the doors looks amazing. Of course I will have to do further detailing in this area but this is an excellent start.

The main gear is just mind blowing to me. Its very beefy and the scale all aluminum scale brakes are off the hook. I love the profile of the tires too. Those 5" wheels should handle all sorts of surfaces.

Some of the other bits. The cockpit will need some TLC.

I bought every nut and bolt to build this jet. The build wont be till this winter however. I have been building my two Ultra Flashes since October 12th and I am still not done!

First up is my new Rhino SE. Special thanks to Juan and Jose at Jetcentral for getting this new turbine to me! It is the latest version with a brushless fuel pump!

I purchased the Skymaster Kevlar fuel tanks but I am not using the standard tank fittings. Both of my Ultra Flahes are running Jet Tech fuel tanks with high flow 3/16 id fittings. Gary from Jet Tech is super to deal with. I called him up and ordered the same High Flow fittings for the F-86. The clunks are the biggest, baddest you have ever seen and toss the big tygon around like nothing. I am also using 3/16 id tygon, the MAP High Flow UAT and the Dreamworks High Flow vent system. All have 3/16 id.
