Default Lord, God, someone help us.....

Dear Dreamwork,

I have spent the last 45 minutes on dreamworks site trying to find stuff. Powers that be, please put it back the old way! You do want us to buy stuff from you right? Isn't that the whole idea? We go on your website to buy things for our planes? Is this some kind of sick joke? Is the real site somewhere else and I'm not cool enough to get the secret password? This is comedy. Lucky I have two hours on a Friday to sit in frustration trying to find 3-4 things to purchase... On the old site, it would have taken 5 minutes.

I get the idea on why you had to change the site, but the web designers who stole your money should be drawn and quartered....

Sincerely,
Frustrated in Seattle....

After you FINALLY get the home page to load........anything you click on seems to lock the entire site up after the second page you go to. Totally useless and a waste of time! Very sad indeed.......
Please someone fix this!

I had the same problem trying to get, and could not do my password. So
I called them, and in about 10-15 mins. the problem was resolved.

I just use their search feature to find what I want, easy enough. Don't understand all these technologically challenged complainers.

Sometimes I don't know exactly what I want and would like to look around like before but I don't want to spend one of my days off doing so.

You obviously have never worked in retail.........If you make your business model lose customers............you won't be in business very long, even if it's just a few people at a time!

I'll download chrome and see how it goes.

I doesn't work on my phone but when using my computer it is doing way better than in the begining, I'm using Chrome.

I suppose they !!CAN KEEP THEIR HEADS!! so they can fix it completly

I'm not giving up on them, if they need time then I will give them time to recoup.

These two jets are going to need some accessories, I'm getting most of them from DW.

DreamWorks still is an awesome business.

Are you guys being serious or just being sarcastic?

If your being sarcastic then I apologise in advance.

To find airplanes, click on "Aircraft" where you will find (and I literally cut and pasted this part directly from their website) "AIRCRAFT KITS, ARF'S AND COMBO PACKAGES". The kits that say are "out of stock" are out of stock, the ones that don't say that you can buy.

Geez Louise.

To make fun of people who are complaining about the site is showing your inability to not act like a child........I've used the old site for years buddy.............it's simply garbage now. Like I said before, you've never worked in the hobby business OR retail ...which I have done for almost 30 yrs.

Skip, not sure what platform you're looking at the website on (iphone, android, pc or mac), but on my android the very first box says "Aircraft", the next one says "engines", then "radio" etc..

On my pc it is the first box on the left below the dreamworks logo of the F-16 in the middle of the page.

If you are seeing an older version of the site try erasing your cache, browsing history etc. and try again.

Hope you get it sorted out, I personally like the new site so don't let all these doom and gloom guys get you down about it.

Right below the Dreamworks logo it says Aircraft, if you hover over the word Aircraft, you'll get no less than 14 sub categories to choose from including turbine, EDF, prop and rotorcraft.

Looks like they've taken another stab at the format, any chance you guys that are having issues are loading a cached version of the site? If the site you go to now looks like it did yesterday then you need to clear your browser cache and reload the site, they've made some pretty significant changes in the layout. I sent them a note Sunday about issues I was having, they replied back that they were working on things and there would be something at the end of the week. I went on right after lunch and the format has changed and as far as I can tell everything is working properly. I'm not crazy about the way the menus work, but that's personal preference.

I just logged in with my phone and the site is totally different from last week, it looks like they are on top of things, I now can find what I'm looking for in a flash.

Thank you DW for the hard work.

I have to say I was on the site about two days ago and it was difficult searching for things but the site is different right now than it was two days ago. Actually it's easier than the old site. Something definitely improved dramatically from a few days ago. It's much better.
