Default Elvington (UK) Model Flyers Jet Meet - 12th 13th May 2018

The Elvington Model Flyers organised a two day Jet Meeting at their superb site at the former RAF Elvington.
I would like to thank Martin Lees and his team for organising the event, and making everyone welcome.

This meeting was also supported by the U.K. JMA.

Please see the attached photographs - the first ones feature a trio of Jet Legend F-16s flown by Steve Elias, Rob Garforth, and Jeff Sewell

More to follow

Great day at Elvington, well worth the 400mile round trip. Rain in the south, meant we were in the right place! Sun cream out :-)
Huge turn out and good mix of models, just a few pictures I shot, Geoff White was creamy smooth all day

Just got home after another great weekend flying. Thanks to the JMA for supporting Elvington model flyers with the weekend, a great turn out and some fantastic flying displays.
Thanks to everyone who made the effort to travel and be part of the weekend, we have now used the northern allocation of sunshine for the next 12 months!!
As always some great photos of the event and was good to catch up with friends not seen for a while.

The Royal Air Force "Battle of Britain Memorial Flight" Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIc PZ865 over flew the event.
