But hey bash the new guy trying to dig what can be a great company out of the ashes.
As a customer my statement stands. Needs rebranding, still has issues.

As I am the owner of the company it's not that we had problems with orders we had problems with 2 employees Trying to steal the company from me They falsified documents stole all of the money from the bank And several other things I won't go into detail about but details for scale will be up and running soon As I guess you just can't trust anybody anymore he stays

Neal is a super cool guy who loves scale jets and will help anyone he can. It really sucks to see him taken advantage of by people he was trying help. I’m sure he will regroup and bring back a much better and stronger company that we can all count on for scale jet accessories.

Thank you rudebwoy 419 I really appreciate the kind words it's a real shame not only have the 2 of them ruined details4scale reputation but marvin and grace make shirts and hats for a lot of events and their reputation is now tarnished with nothing but lies and deception we will have parts available soon thank you again for the kind again

I don't know Neil, but I do know Marvin and Grace, and I can't believe that they are a couple of thieves as this implies, surely there has to be more to this story,

Default Im whole again

Today Neal Smiley made it possible for me to obtain a full refund for the parts I ordered. Now i'm whole again. I cant wait for him to reorganize the company so we all can continue to enjoy American made scale accessories for our jets.
Thanks Neal

I'm sure it is going to take a little time to get this all ironed out between the litigation, the move of equipment, and other things that are going to need to take place to get this company back from an attempted theft.

Bummer for all involved, let’s hope the first step in the next phase is offering realistic time frames from order to delivery...if item not in stock. Great products We all want to use!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the problems... Will be happy to see details running smoothly. BTW... if you get everything running and you happen to have any of those gear fail safes lying around, I paid for one 3 or so years ago... Love Dan though, he was just too overwhelmed to keep up with business and personal matters i believe. Good hearted people

I bought a custom AB ring at MS jets from Marvin. I'm trying to find out what battery to use with it but Marvin hasn't returned my test messages. Does anyone know? Its the new "ab controller".

Actually, I tossed the 5 feet of 14 ga. wire, the connectors, the box with a fan on it that runs down the RX battery and basically the whole rig except the ring itself. I soldered a small pin connector matching the one that came with my BVM F16 and it works perfect without all of that crap and NO EXTRA BATTERY.

Does anyone else have any problems receiving orders from Details 4 Scale?

EDIT:
Seems there is some administrative turmoil. Please refrain from ordering for now.
I wouldn’t trust anything they say about delivery time. I had so many issues with the original owner and was screwed over by him one to many times that I totally lost trust in them. I was suppose to receive some stuff from Dan as compensation for helping develop a product of there’s and never saw anything. So for me to recognize the business as being trust worthy I absolutely will not. Wouldn’t even spend a dime with them on there over priced crap that still needs tons of work for it to even be usable..

Is there any update regarding Details 4 Scale?

I'd like to order some F-100 missiles for a Skymaster/Extreme F-100 but the website is not working, I'm I correctly assuming it's either out of business or legal issues based on the above thread?

I think you can safely say it's defunct. I've waited 3 years for the new guy to get his affairs in order. There have not been any communication or notices posted.

Sad really. Dan was NEVER speedy gonzales, but he always eventually delivered. He was also a super knowledgeable dude to speak with.

D4S had a nice little nitch in the R/C Jet arena. Too bad.
