Hello to all,
Thank you for taking the time to read this thread. I have in fact dropped the PayPal claim. While this situation is unfortunate, It’s just time to acknowledge that things happen and move on.
Happy flying to everyone

Translation, Larry spoke to Paypal and realized this was not going anywhere.
I would personally like to see the thread dropped altogether or change the name to something unrelated to my company.

"I recently purchased a used Swiwin Ace 60 brushed version. Upon attempting to start it up for the very first time, it will not start. No RPM shows on the display when the engine is spinning up from the starter. The RPM always shows zero on the GSU display"
Since you're stuck with a paperweight...Why not try to retrace your steps to see what's really wrong with your engine?...Unless you plug the battery wire directly to the RJ45 (impossible lol) I can't see how you could damage the Hall sensor? Wish I was close by to help you trouble shot your problem.

So you were upset that Andy would not sell you a part for fear of possibly getting sued in a worst case scenario.. Unsuccessful in your attempt to purchase the part, you then decide to "in a sense" SUE the person that sold you the engine? WOW!
