FYI: I am working on a detailed build log of my Lizard adventures. While it is a pretty fast and easy build but there are some things that might generate some questions and just a few things to be aware of. I expect to finish my build by the end of this week. I'll post back with a link once I start the blog.

Wow, that might be the best/most thorough build thread I have ever seen! Thanks for posting.

Default New Lizard

Its here and looks great. The kit I received came with the turbine stuff already in the box but not installed. Everything was packaged well and it is hard to believe how truly light this kit is. The jet comes with a matte finish and aging is already detailed into the paint. A really nice feature. Now I need to wait for the rest of my parts to arrive. A couple of things I did not expect:
1. I was expecting the radio tray for the turbine to be wood but it is actually a really thin g10. Glued it together last night with hysol.
2. The nose bracket is aluminum. For some reason I thought it would be plastic. It is extremely light and sturdy.
3. It came with the hard plywood plates for the edf version's batteries also.
