Last I heard of Shailesh was some 30 years ago when I converted a 53 MHz Futaba RF module to work in his JR transmitter -or maybe it was the other way around.
Anyway, I am glad to learn that he is still with us and obviously has not lost it! Eloy Marez
When the F86 was king of the sky, I was circling around the S. Pole in a C-124 - I am still here also!

Is there a link to close up photos of this F-86? Great finish on that metal look, wouldn't mind seeing close ups.

Absolutely stunning airplane. The closer you get, the better it looks. It was all done with Presto from Coverite. So he had one shot to get it down right, as it doesn't have the same malleable properties as Flight Metal used to.. His name deserves to be up there with the other 'masters' of scale modeling.. because he most certainly is one!
