No, not a tandem seater, it is side by side and b...... compact with two ejection seats squeezed in!

The Maachi behind it is tandem seating.

Kerry Sterner has a good size Vampire set of plans. I believe Ziroli has plans, and glass parts. Several kit cutters have short kits. Chic

One of their members, David Law, has one of these Vampires, he may be able to help you with sourcing plans.
From what I remember it is around the size you are looking for.
