CAI Razor
Hello Folks,
I recently came into possession of a CAI Razor turbine Jet. It looks to be about 20% complete in terms of build. Unfortunately the pages in the manual concerned with the tank installation and configuration are missing and I'm baffled because I cant make sense of how to get the main tank in. Just doesn't seems to be enough room.
If anyone has a manual I could really use pages 27 and on.
Cheers!
Carl

I haven't got a manual but I did have a razor. What tanks do you have? There should be 2 saddle tanks to go on either side of the turbine and a dubro rectangular tank that fits between the inlets under the canopy. It's a great jet. Shame the razor and raptor arent made anymore. I still have my raptor and will never sell that one.

My manual is first printing and very incomplete. I am so stoked and appreciative of your help! No instructions at all regarding that tank compartment. I have the exact same tanks you pictured. I was reluctant to squeeze my main tank in the fuselage. The cockpit opening needs a slight prying action to get the tank past. Once I saw yours spreading the fuse sides seemed less scary! Yay the tank goes in with minimal stress noises resulting. Cheers!
What I need to "splash" is my canopy because the original owner who started the build, sprayed it inside with silver paint for reasons know only to him. So now I require a new lexan canopy. so I'll need to make a plug.

Yes I did make a swap with Brad! He did remove the air-ducts, which I'm now reinstalling. I am indeed in the market for a parts ship. Starting with the Canopy. I want to change it to trailing arm struts as well.
