OK, they went for it and fully deserves the fine but, I am afraid FCC and USA Government never will receive the money! Hobby King has been suffering from low stock and availability problems since 1-2 years ago, curiously since they were condemned by FCC.
Now they will simply shut down Hobby King and will disappear for USA law only to open again a few days latter with just another name and head owner.
And even DJI has been lucky as certain products also do not meet nor USA nor European norms, but they amended that through updates so Governments just didn´t catch them!
