I want to acknowledge George M. his prompt service and excellent communication with the customer ( me
) here is how it went down today.
George ( Jectcat USA ) received my Turbinator ECU today ( P80 ) I got an e-mail by 8 am ( Cali time ) then I get a call from him around 9 am, he asked a few questions regarding service, he clarified the service options by explaining what that does, we agreed on the service to be done, the phone call ended, around 15 min later I get a service invoice via e-mail, the ECU is as good as new, service completed
I manage to pay the bill in the next 10 min, I get another e-mail 5 min later, it is a paid receipt, 20 min later, I get another e-mail from him, it is the shipping confirmation and tracking number, a happy ending to this story, the Turbinator will fly this weekend 
How about that for service?
