I thought the SU30 was huge but the F15 makes it look tiny... itís insanely big.

unless Skymaster ever makes new smaller/ medium size jets again... I will never be able to buy one from them

The mig 29 that size will be insane and most likely perfect flying model and was much superior than f-15 broke all the f-15 records including braking the speed of sound in vertical flight from takeoff

Buy ads the superior fighter jet the f-15 has the most kills and most of them happens doing the first golf war 1991 and the conflicts after, and the f-15 is one of the most expensive aircraft to operate and build

Actually you need to back the calendar up to 1982 when Israel and Syria squared off.

And youíre absolutely right 82 kills with o losses thatís very impressive, but as a model jet I still prefer the less common jets there way too many of f versions jets and I have two f-17 smaller skymaster and the bigger 1/7 scale they great except for the ground control because of the very narrow main landing gear.

Common jets don't draw as much attention. The way to change that is to make them bigger. But there is a limit somewhere.

Agreed, and that limit is way below a 1/5th scale F-15. Can't wait to see the first one at an event taking up 3 startup stations (and left there all afternoon even when not flying).

No doubt it will be impressive. I just wished Skymaster would bring out new smaller/medium jets too along with the giant jets

Do they really sell enough of these to even make it worth building them? I would think thereís more money to be made in the smaller jets.

Much easier to build the big ones at pretty much the same build cost, yet double the sell price....

It will look good sitting next to the 1/5 F-16s. I do think a 1/6 would of been better but cant wait to see it.

Thatís exactly my thoughts... only a few people in the jet hobby can afford, store and transport jets this size where as a lot more can afford and store smaller ones so they would sell more.
they have the sub company xtreme jets but they havenít made anything new for years they just design a few giant jets a year now

The US isnt the only RC market out there, the Asian market has been exploding the last few years which is where u see most of these large jets going these days.

I understand thereís a market and money to make with the large jets. But Iím saying they only design maybe 2 a year... they have xtreme jets which do the smaller jets so why canít they design some new smaller jets along with the bigger jets and cover the two different customer markets

I would say more margins on the bigger ones and you don't have to churn out 100's.

All the big stuff out there from multiple manufacturers is moving with little issue and have considerable backlogs.

That is also in the large scale glider market (+ 6 mtr WS) and also large scale helis (+3 mtr rotorhead) again at least 6+ months.

If you make it they will come.

Regards,
