Gary, looking forward to seeing you there!

Here is a link to last years event thread, we had a great turnout, most likely due to most other event canceling due to Covid

This years there seems to be a lot of competition on the weekend of our event! Which is good for all of the jet fliers as it provides more venue choices.

Looking forward to seeing you Scott,
Update: I receive a report today that work will begin on the runway resurfacing tomorrow, and there is a NOTAM on the airport until June 22nd stating the airport is closed to full scale traffic.
If the weather holds I am told they should be done resurfacing in time for the event.

There is a slight chance if things don't go as planned where we would be in a situation where we would have to cancel the event.
I will keep everyone informed, right now the plan is its a go...

Hi Rich,

I am looking forward to this event since I didn't get there last year...
I haven't flown my repaired Skymaster F-86, but it is ready to go. Hope to test fly it there...

Great news, the runway resurfacing project is just about complete, all paving is complete and the finial edging operation was completed today, all that is left is the application of the markings.
So we should be good to go on Thursday of this coming week.
Spent the day getting the grass cut for the pilot parking and pit areas.
