Great Southwest Jet Rally Update
Due to a hopefully temporary altitude restriction at the HOTMAC Field the 39th Greater Southwest Jet Rally is moving to Bomber Field this year.
The Bomber Field Club has graciously extended the use of their facility so we can have the event.
The field is 700 X 50 paved and plenty of open overfly.
Bomber Field has 15 RV sites ( 5 - 50amp and 10 – 30amp) and they can be pre-reserved.
They have a large covered pit area with tables and electric power for charging.
You can pre-register @ www.bomberfieldusa.com

The event has ended. 60 pilots registered- great attendance considering this event was moved temporarily from its usual location. Lotsa flying, a moderate amount of crosswind, but every once in a while we’d get some blowing down the runway.
Comp Arf Bolt- the first one seen… I live a sheltered life… flew great!!
Kevin W’s skymaster F-4 is finally back in the air! :-)
Barry R got an excellent flight #2 on his huge (long) Mirce models F-104 - lotsa lumber there!
