Hi,

I'm looking for nice pics or videos anyone might have from my A-12 flight at BITW.

Thanks!

Hi

Yeah, I saw that one, thanks. I'm hoping there's more. Seemed like everyone had their phones out recording, so I hope there's more! ;(

Great job Shaun !!! the jet looked very under powered in flight but you did a nice job getting her back down on the runway safely.

Hi,

Once I got her on step and out of danger, it was like a living dream. I was losing her for a moment there, but then I heard two voices: One was my inner pilot who was reminding me to breath and retract my gear. Once I did that, it started to gradually climb out. The other had a familiar English accent, and it was Ali Machinchy gently whispering, "Shaun, you might want to let that nose down and start adding right rudder. You need to let her pick up little speed." It was like having Jiminy Cricket telling me what I knew deep inside, but needed to hear from someone wiser in the moment. After that, it was a nervous joy to fly!

Ali was right she was drifting left and not picking up much speed. i held my breath on your first turn to get it back in the ballpark i thought maybe a snap was coming. After that turn it was just smooth flying on your part. Its great to see something different out there the many sport jet flights become kind of boring.

Ya, Danny's A-12 is the center of attention when it starts up at the east coast events.

Nice job Shawn!

Sounds like it could use bigger motors and congrats on getting it around the patch. The ultimate delta wing bird for sure.

I thought that beautiful airplane was a goner, but Sean's nice flying brought her back home.

Sean I thought our takeoff was 100% scale. The climb out, like Ali told you, just flatten it (like the real one).

And then your landing was perfect!
