Hello,

I am currently building the Skymaster F-18C Hornet 1 : 5 3/4 Scale as a single seater with 2 turbines. I was wondering where you guys have the CG.

The SM manual says 165mm. I read also 140mm and 190mm. I hope to get answers from you to find out what is the most often used (and than hopefully the correct) CG for that plane.

Revised C of G

Hello Phillip.
Here are the pictures of the old and revised c of g's from Skymaster.
When we did the maiden of an F18 C/D model last year we had the C of G set as per old number. Not good. Far too Nose heavy.

The revised number are great.

Also, no not use the old stab neutral setting. NOT CORRECT.

Really,,, the plane will not roll with just ailerons? Has to have elevens mixed as well?

Yes correct. Especially during slow flight.
