Default Fuel Tank Assembly??

I purchased a new Boomerang Sprint that I'm assembling. The fuel tank needs a vent and fill fitting installed. Looks like some kind of adhesive will be needed to cement them to the tank. Need advice on what to use?

second on E20HP, I use it on every tank I have done. Plus used it to make patches for tanks.
