Default JP ER 005 oleo legs issue!!

I have a JP ER 005 full retract set on my mini Avanti S, I installed in replacement of the original set which had a couple of issues for which I will need parts , but this is not my concern now.

While the ER005 set is brand new, I test flew my jet a couple of weeks ago, although landing was very smooth I have an unpleasant problem, when I apply the brakes the springs of the main oleo struts are too soft and especially the right leg which bends drastically and plane leans to the right side as actuator is soft and does not return to its original place.
  1. What can I do to stiffen the spring effect in the main legs?
  2. How can I equalize both to have the same effect?
  3. Which part should be dismantled to solve the problem and how to do it?
Thanks in advance
