Default OS 91 Rebuild running in

I just rebuilt my OS91 VRDF engine.

new bearings, new pistion / liner , new gaskets.

Should I run it in like it is a new engine as per the OS instructions.

Thanks

Regards Hawkfler.

Yes, you practically have a new engine so the break-in procedure should be done exactly as per instructions.

Absolutly. This is a new engine in respect to all of the moving parts that interact with each other. The bearings have to "seat" and the liner and piston have to "mate" with each other.
