Default Newbie Needs Help Choosing a Model

Greetings to all Jet and DF experts!!! I've been flying nitro planes for a while now, and am considering advancing to a jet one day. However, I don't have enough to buy a turbine yet, so was considering moving up to a DF first. I know most of u out there have some experience with DFs and non-jets before u started flying turbines, so I thought this would be a good place to ask for advice. I am looking for a reasonably-priced, easy to build ARF ducted fan model that would be a good stepping stone from propeller planes, and also a good stepping stone to real jets. It should be something that runs on an OS46DF and with scale-like looks and flight characteristics. Preferably, it should be a military jet such as an F16. Any suggestions? I understand that Kyosho has an underpowered .15 F16 that was not too well-received. I'm looking for something as presentable as that, but larger and faster.

Larger and faster would be a Trim Aircraft F-86. However, this aircraft requires a .91 engine and is not an ARF.

Steve, do they have a website for me to checkout the plane? Is there a Trim distributor is Australia/Asia?

Does anyone know of other easy to build planes or ARFs? I'd love to see your recommendations... Also, I suppose I should widen my options to include up to a .91 size engine.
