Default big engine mounting

hi all what would you suggest to me for mounting (2) 100lb thrust engines to external pylons ? the pylons will be 3' 6" long, 2" thick, at the nose of the turbine engine housing the height will be 3" at the end of the turbine engine housing ( it stop right at the exit for the exhaust).the wing from LE to TE will be 5'. so any help would be great.

H configuration 2 on top 2 on bottom.all fire power

We might be able to help if you would explain in more detail what you are doing. IE wingspan, fuse length, weight, how many people you plan to have ride in it or are you going to drive it yourself. I would hope by rc transmitter not with stick and rudder..
A simple question.----what are you trying to build.----If this project does come to pass and there is a foreseeable test flight let me know, and I will show up with my portable bomb shelter so that I can observe.

Double check the number that you are using, it should be 925-871-5712. It is a fax/e-mail service that I have had for a few years and it has always worked fine. I don't think there is even a physical phone for someone to pick up. Its all automated, someone sends a fax and they automatically e-mail it to me. I just called the number and instantly got a fax tone so it should be working just fine. Try again and be certain you are using the correct number. Thanks.

Default YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING!

Guardian,

I dont want to bash anyone but how is it you are (SCRATCH BUILDING) a model that will handle, or need to be flown by 2 (TWO) 100 pound thrust engines but you get hung up on the mounting of the engines. Did not areas like wing mounting, landing gear design (I assume you scratch built those as well) give you some trouble. How about control runs and the servos to push the surfaces. A model of this size has so many areas that would seem to pose a greater problem that an engine mount for a turbine that it makes people wonder if you are not just pulling everyo one's leg for attention.

Its is great that you think "outside" of the box, my only question is this: what in the heck does this box look like exactly?

Kinda like asking how to make the windshield wipers work on a 747. I second the previous motion.

Well, here it is, 10:07 Central time and STILL no fax from Guardian. And I just called to check and yes, I got a fax machine tone so all appears well with my fax service. I also called numerous times today and all was well. I am beginning to think that Guardian may be a bit less than fully truthfull with us. If I am wrong Mr. Guardian, please show me by faxing what you said you'd fax on 8/30/02 at 6:07 PM (that is over FIVE days ago!!!). Its time to poop or get off the pot!
