Default Ducted fan-remote needle valve/mixer info

I'm looking for a remote needle valve with inflight mixing for use on my F3A airplanes.
Have any of you old ducted fan pilots had any experience with the Bob Violett unit?
How did it hold up? Well engineered stuff?
Any others you'd recommend?
Cheers in advance.

Almost every DF guy that uses an inflight needle, either uses the BVM unit or the Jet Model Products one. I personally prefer the JMP one.

There are many, but JMP and BVM make the best in the market.
