It would be able to fly it.
Certainly you won't get a take-off from grass.
Mine came out at 24lbs dry, so the 70 would be marginal. I fly with a P80 and could do with more.

I had a P70 in the first Skymaster Bae Hawk which is the same size as the Feibao and it flew very scale. It had plent of power to get off a paved runnway and would do it in about 450ft. I did not add any of the geardoors so that I could keed it very light. The vertical performance was not that great and would fly around 180MPH, Very clean airframe.

I had a SM Hawk and now have a FB Hawk (although the latter is still in the box.) The original Hawk was first flown with a Wren MW 54. It needed just a little more and it was then flown with a Wren Supersport, which was perfect for scale flying. Of course if you want it to go like an F1-16 then the sky is the limit. The FB Hawk is, so far as I can see, identical to the SM Hawk, except it is a bit heavier. I think it will still be OK with the Supersport.
Of course this engine is light and very economical so there is no need to fill the small tank. Thrust is not the only point to consider, weight is important too, and fuel economy has a big part to play.
Regards,
John

Here are a couple of other pictures of the Hawk as you can see no gear doors in the picture in flight. If you are going to build with a P70 watch the weight. If I were going to use that size of a turbine I would go with a Falcon from Artes it puts out 22lbs of thrust and it is the same size as the P70. Also keep in mind that the FeiBao Hawk is a little heavier than skymaster. My original Skymaster Hawk weighed in around 21lbs.
