Default Fei Bao f-86 gear doors

Can anyone tell me how they mounted the main gear door rams? i have the hinges fitted but the ram placement is kinda eluding me right at the moment.
got a pic of my wing stand also as the gear have to be down to remove the wings and I don't want to remove the drop tanks either.

you have two solutions to the problem.

1. - if you use the pistons in the photo you posted you will have to use option 1

2. - Get smaller 1" stroke pistons and use option 2

Nice setup and inner doors. Looks good.

How do you keep your door hinge pins secured though?

I just put a bit of goop on the truned up part and if I need to remove them I can take out those pins and not deal with those tiny screws that you can get to.

all good feedback, the rams are 1.5 stroke, kinda thought they were a little long to. ran into a new problem as well, the door hinges do not allow the doors to swing down enough to clear the fuse when open. maybe trim the back side of the door, when the doors are closed the hinges were tacked in place and when they open the portion of door that is beyond the inner edge of the hinge hits the fuse, so they open about 40 degrees, not near enough to get the wheels up or down.
