That sounds WAY wrong. You should not be useing more than 350-400 Ma per flight cycle. I use 2100 Ma LiPolys on my Jetcat 120s and get a minimum of 5 flights, more if I use my blower for cool down. Scott

well, thats the way it is, 2 safe flights, I was running a thunder power battery from my trex 450, retired from heli, it was old. But still worked, just on mah anymore. I just need suggestions of what I should run, if 2100 is enough on p-120 then I will go with a 2400 I have but it is 7.4v, is this voltage right for Artes?

I use a 7.4V Li-Mn 2200 Apogee pack on my Super Eagle. Can safely get about four flights out of it. You can charge those at 2C so they can be charged in about twenty minutes.

If that battery is down to less than 40% capacity You best throw it in the salt pond before it burns something up. Scott

If it uses the FADEC, then a 2 cell would be the right size. I have a 4400 Polyquest on one of my turbines, and theoritically can get 15 fligths between charges...run out of daylight first, so it goes on an overnight charge anyways...

yea, I like fromco, I run there stuff in all my helis, in my big gassers and I have an ion charger so I don't need another one. The cube would be nice but don't need it.

So you haven't purchased the turbine yet?
I bought my Artes Eagle from TBM, and it came with a 5600mah Li Ion battery. I'm guessing yours will come with a battery also.

Why don't use this particular battery on your new engine then compare.
I have many hours on my 66 with Kero Start which uses on average of 300mAh per flight and I am using a 2,100 mAh LiPo battery and I get 5 flights with 700mAh spare capacity left every time. It seems your battery is defective and not the Behotec 66.
