Default Metroplex Jets

Well, just got the good news a couple of days ago.....TMS has decided to let me do another fly-in at their facility. Unless the date changes Metroplex Jets IV will be held the 7th, 8th and 9th of NOVEMBER...........hope we get that real nice Texas weather that we seem to get around then...........as far as I know I will be doing this all on my own, meaning no club sponsorship....so any one wanting to pitch in and help, please chime in..........so that is it for now, look for updates here and there......regards.....Perry

Default Jets

Perry,
Are all the frequencies available there? I know that the channel that I fly on is not available at one on the flying sites in the D/FW area.
Thanks David

Default Ch 11, 12 are unsafe

Hello,

I have found out that 11 and 12 are not really safe in the DFW area.

Please do a scanner check before you fly. You will find out that a local television staions IFB is on at 71.90 MHZ It can be heard up to 72.20 mhz.

Please be careful. I lost my A-10 because I was flying 11.

Default electric bobs

Perry,
Is that an electric or turbine? Someone was making an electric Bob. Have you heard anything?

Default Bob?

Would it be like the Bob and Neil brothers?, or is that the Neil and Bob brothers?
