I've recently bought a second hand Der Jet Cougar and have installed a Jetcat P140 RXI B. Can someone please assist me with the correct CG location? I'm also keen to hear how much flap and what elevator movement/mix is required.

Sorry I never found a manual, but balance is not critical and since the set up is basically the same it won't have moved far. The valves are pump were above the 160SX, so much the same as your 140. Movements as I said you need as much elevator and aileron as you can get, it will be obvious from servo slots the limit.
Flap I had around 60mm at the flap aileron joint, only 25mm on fuselage flap. Up mixed with landing flap was around 9mm.

Another DerJet Cougar found and doing what they do best, just test flew my new Cougar, found new in the box last year by Ken Olsen, now I have it flying. Forgot just how sweet the DerJet Cougar is, fun machine.
