Monday morning I sent both mains off my Firebird in to Jet Model Products for some maintenance work. I shipped them Fed EX overnight.
Today, Wednesday, I get to work and there is a box on my desk. In that box are my two mains, good as new!

Shipped them halfway across America, got repaired and will back in the Fbird by tonight. I don't think customer service gets any better than that.

Tom and Susan are extremely good and take "very" good care of their customers. I wish all these other manufacturers had half the track record JMP has. They are #1 in my book as far as service and products.

JMP is awesome to deal with. They shoot straight and perform at a high level of service always. Their products have no equal in my opinion.

I stopped in his shop on the way to work Tuesday and he was holding your strut. He goes "Their bending these now."!!! [X(]
It is double welded this time, at the top and at the bottom. Think about a fiberglass structure stronger than that strut.
He just couldn't believe it was bent. But it does say a lot for the wing gear attach.
It is the best. bar nine.
Enjoy it.
Their is only one Tom Cook. I'm proud to be his friend.
