Default Final setup Help please...

Hey guys, As I approach the end of the F-16 setup I have a few remaining questions in order to continue.

1) The turbine mounting rails, The skymaster setup seems to be to wide for the mounting ears of the JC falcon. Can I get the distance I need and epoxy them into place? Or do they need to be fastened mechanically?

2) Should I install the turbine or the pipe first? Logic tells me the pipe since I wont have much room to grab the straps if the turbine is in the way. Also do you glue/epoxy the intake pipe into place?

3) Does my FOD screen look ok?

Thanks for all the help, Pete

I actually had more but forgot the rest as I was asking these.

Fod screen looks fine. Why don't you cut some new mounting rails to get the correct spacing. Install the pipe loosely then the turbine will need it to get the air gap correct. Check the cg before screwing the turbine down. Might need to adjust it fore or aft to help the cg. I would at least fasten the intake enough (a screw or 2) so it can't flop around. Leaving it removable will help with maintance or repairs later.
