Rgds,
Mark

wow............................impossible!! (below 20kg dry with ordnance),

because we had designed the slat flaps with speed brake, this is a mission impossible for us,..

What I would like to say is that we are busying with now is the most slat flap with speed brake system.
Now we are having a test on it and will apply to our A-10 if everything is ok.

Hi, all

I just finished the the test flight the A-10 again, we will starting make the all scale details with penalline and rivets for A-10... I hope get the scale Landing gear from Likai as soon,

and the prototype of A-10 not an ARF PLUS version, the dry weight over 24kg (53lbs), I estimate the ARf PLUS Pro version will be under 20kg,,
Hey Anton,

OK, I thought it would be too. I just remembered you posting the above.

Looks nice - flaps look great if you can pull that off!

I'm sure it won't be cheap though, those SM prices add up and up [8D]

See you at JetPower.

Mark

Looks very nice!

Would be interested to know if people think this will be the "nail in the Mibo A-10's coffin"??

I know it's not quite as big but how many people would pay the (probable) extra for the Mibo with less accurate surface details over a slightly smaller but fully built/painted version from Skymaster??

Interesting times....

Hello Mark,

This is a new era in arf jets in the world. The A10 is the first of and the f14 will follow soon...

I know Anton have spend months on R&D and i hope they will pick the fruits of their investment. It is rather about quality than qauntity and unfortunately it will come at a price but hopefully not too much...

Please visit the Jetpower stand to see what I am talking about...

See you there...

Well Mibo has superb shape, but after 4 generations, still has weak surface detailing with the flat rivits. It seems that they needed to go almost full scale to tackle that. If Skymaster has paid attention to shaping and outline, and brings their better pricing, you have to almost assume this will mean a quite a few less ham and cheese sandwiches for Mibo.

The dome head rivets are the big win on the SM kit!! Although it also seems that SM have gone overboard in some areas?? The wing tips look like a rivet practice sheet - I don't believe the full size has any on the top or bottom surfaces of the tips?

Hi, schroedm

Thank you for your pictures,

please see the another pictures, we had saw a lot pictures for real A-10, so, this is correctly for under wing tips.,

and we still have alot details parts (like the Antenna lighter cover....etc) are not finish yet, please wait a few week, when we before deliver to customer , we will show all details here,,

and I will have further check with R&D staff according to the information gathered. If those rivets are not necessary,we’ll sand off the rivets on the mould very easy and finished products will not have them.

Thank you for your suggested.,

Best regards

Anton

Looks good to me, the flush rivets will disappear with a coat of paint or at least be far less obvious although it does look like the full-size has a composite tip. I'll be very interested in the final dry weight of a completed model, I'm guessing 50lbs. I hope it's lighter than FEJ offering. Perhaps the key will be to install some of the new generation of 100 class turbines as opposed to the relatively heavy P80/120's etc... might just save a few pounds of lead up front.

Look forward to seeing one close up...

Cheers, Alex

about the weight of Skymaster A-10 first product as below (all frame are glued):

Fuse ...............3280g (7.22lbs)

fins..................680g (1.5lbs)
elevator...........750g (1.65lbs)
Engine pod.......1500g (3.3lbs)

totally: 10.7kg (23.5lbs)
