Much talk, and the odd sneaky peak of something that looked just too small to be a jet cat but talk is of a production Nano Jet Cat as early as March of 2010.
So come guys what was that lurking in Markus's jeacket pocket

Max made comments of expecting it to be shown generally in public and released at the Nurenburg toy fair in February next year.

It will be intresting to see if JC use their standard electronics with this tiny engine or I wonder if they will make a less complex autostart ECU for this tiny engine? I hope so because to have a ECU and pump like they supply with their other engines would look out of place and more importantly would not fit in my foamy. I placed my order for a P20 today. I really can't see myself getting one until this time next year though.

hmmm just going by what was posted in the JetPower thread:
****New Jetcat P-20 available in March. 60mm total diameter and about 2.5kg of thrust, propane or kerosin start but no internal kerosin starter as its too small for that to fit inside.****

It will have a new ECU, pump, valves...
Jason, edit your post, you are wrong again.
The starter set up is like the std JC, but moulded in two halves as the starter motor is not round.
For now max RPM 240,000

it just looks like a small P-60
just really small and absolutely stunning looking.
the starter will be a plastic moulded one just like the bigger brothers one.
the one we seen was a prototype and just for testing..
kerostart will be discarded , it is a joke to use a 1600 mah 30 c battery just to get it started.

he also tried to convince me to use a P200SX, however I think I will go with a P160SX instead, fits many other planes, and the P200 is 800 g more than the 160...
But sure would be fun with 23 Kg in a Viper [8D] (a little like a P160SX in a Elan

If JetCat can bring out the new P20 at about the same price as the P80 they will be inundated with orders, me for one, all we need now are some nice composite airframes to go with it, perhaps uncomplicated ones, i.e. no retracts or brakes, hand/dolly launch and belly land a bit line DW's Panther I think it was.
