Yes, in Europe (tax paid) 2190 Euro. Undercarriage is additional, as is Fuel tank (Hawk tank) and Smoke tank (Flash wing tank)

Lot of aeroplane for the money!

Cleared my other projects from the workshop and started the Tutor today. Really looks like a quick build with lots of little jobs done. Looking at surfaces first, wing uses stock CARF servo mounts on the ailerons (pix) and new mount design on the flaps which has a factory installed mounting plate that the flap servo mount screws to.

Dave,

RE TM decals, how are you planning to adhere them to the painted in the mold airframe ? will you clear coat after applying them ? did you scuff up the surfaces first ? please share some info.

These decals don't need clear coat, they are printed on the adhesive side of clear sheet. You just clean the aeroplane with spirit and apply!

Aileron servo mount and direct pushrod. Flap linkage is internal and very positive. I love an aeroplane with big flaps...this is going to be hit the side of a house braking

A little more looked at. Playing around with gear door rams, also note carbon on main gear mount, two carbon ribs and laminated plate

Having fully sorted one wing I'm completing the other one! Note the tabbed gear mount-carbon and plywood. Also the lightened spar which gives access for the flap and aileron leads to the D box. Also interesting wing section at the root

Are you using the stock retracts? And which turbine.
Is there any posibility of using Robarts?

Yes, stock Behotec gear with Intairco main wheels. I wouldn't change it, 3 1/2 years in my Flash and no problems, lots of grass abuse...great gear. The retract angles are not 90 degrees, the CARF gear set is designed for the Tutor and I'd go that way.
P160SX turbine, with the 4.2ltr tank and my flying style that's 10-11 minutes.

Simon...me too

Terry Labonte was kind enough to send me the tank and plumbing,

The wait has begun

I wonder if this plane originates from the [link=http://www.roedelmodell.com/html/tutor.html]Rödel Modellbau kit[/link], or if it's a completely new design?
Very simillar specs...
