RE: TEMORA 2010
Hi guys!
I reckon that Sparksy will bring a car filled up with trash and stuff and might just pack something for Bennett to fly
Have fun that weekend. I am still looking forward to get to an oz jet-meet again. Bugger all that there is no meeting left that is not during our short flying-season.

David Büsken

Stu, that thing is awsome! a few low passes would have been nice, the sound out it is sweet. bringing it in low and fast, I bet we would have difficulty knowing that it's eletric! nice job mate, hope she's ready for the meet.
The flaps will really help such a clean & slippery machine.
Cheers for that vid, Doug.

Ciao Christian,
I tell you what..........you can have all the MB-326's that we have in the country.....lol
The old RAAFis refer to them as "veriable noise, static thrust machine"
All in good humer, Doug.
P.S. My decent is from San Danelli, Frulli Italia.

Hi David,
I have sent you details of the upcomingjet events for 2011 - hope you can make it out to one. You know where the bar and fridge are when you arrive, as per usual.
Levi, just had confirmation of shipment of the A4 in RAAF colors (no hump). I should get it by Wednesday, and hopefuly get it to either Max, Phill or Jason to take to Temora for show and tell.
Have a geat weekend guys.

RE: TEMORA 2010
Christian, the MB 326 is not a kit, it was built at home. I saw it in the flesh on the weekend and its real nice. I would have like to seen it in the air. A big thanks to the organisers of event, had a cracking weekend, loads of relaxed flying and a great get together!
Cheers to all, Doug.

RE: TEMORA 2010
Hi Craig,
The F/A-18 painted in the RAAF 20th Anniversary Paint Scheme is a first generation Skymaster with aluminium wing spars and the flap servos were to be fitted in the fuselage (I put them in the wing).
However, during the build I chose to upgrade the airframe with several JetLegend parts. This included the elevators, aluminium elevator mounts, landing gear (struts, wheels and brakes) and bypass.
P. Bennet test flew the aircraft in Wangaratta earlier this year and found the nose to tuck real bad in just about every turn. The CG has since moved back and handles a lot better.
The aircraft has had about 12 flights.
Regards,
George
