F-18 wings

To anyone who has built a yellow f18 twin with L/E flaps what was the size of the L/E flaps? and what did you do about the spar? and is there anyone out there who will finish my wings to primer with L/E flaps, flaps and ailerons all scale hinged with servo set up complete? what's your price?
