Tamjet problems????
 

Hi Guys,

Has anybody else had problems contacting Tamjets? I have emailed then several times and not heard anything back, I ordered a tail pipe 2 weeks ago and had no correspondence from them. Anybody else having this problem or is it just nobody likes me???? :D

I'll ask him to check his email when I talk to him today,he has been pretty busy lately, he can be reached at his forum as well tamjets.net

Same thing for me, several email, RCU MP, post on RCU and on phone (always busy).
It's a problem.. Tam please take care of your custumer ;)

Hopefully he will get back to me soon, otherwise I will have to get a tail pipe elsewhere.

I can appreciate it if he is busy but just a line or two in response to my many emails saying he is busy and will contact me in due course would be fine. No communication at all is poor service.

Maybe this is just a one off and I shouldn't be quick to get frustrated, but it's my first purchase from Tamjet and lack of communication just hacks me off. [:@]

Same here, I was ordering a pipe.... he only replied once with the price. I want to pay for the item , but no reply from him after a number of emails. Is he on holiday?

Seriously tho-Tam is waaaaay to busy to respond to 100 emails daily. Call him! He answers the phone

What number are you dialing? I've been calling and calling and get no answer. I'm sure nine guys will chime in after this and say they just talked to him, so if you're one of those, would you please let him know people are trying to get ahold of him?

I tried to phone him, 3 times, no answer, phone busy...:(
I though they are busy .. but it might not continue if it does not respond to customers ...

Emailed him 4 weeks ago and responded within a couple of days. We emailed back and forth a couple of times again no problems. His stuff is good stuff and worth waiting for.

Maybe you guys should try calling him. I have ordered numerous things from him since '03 via phone and he always gets me what I need quickly. Ihave never triedto get ahold of him via email. Patty at BVM is great about responding to emails quickly.Everyone is different.

I have been getting e-mail replies from Tam. It may take 2-4 days but you get them

Wow... I phoned Saturday..no answer, but hey, its a long weekend, so I didn't leave a message. Tam phones me back last night wanting to know what I wanted.... Was I surprised!!! I had already placed an order thru the web, and he let me know it had been shipped.......

The dude is busy as a bee and it was Thanksgiving. He's making more custom builds and components than there is time in the day right now, I'm certain daddy will pay attention to all his kiddos as soon as humanly possible :D Hopefully this is a sign that the hobby business has been subject to a lot of "new" business! We can all use it.

Thanks for calling and mention about spam email me.
I never see it until you mention it might be in spam files.
I just took a look on spam files. Yes I had fine a lot of emails on it. Now I had to go back and check all them.
More works and time is running out.

anyone knows where I can get parts for a tamjet f-16 tiger color tried to get parts from that company with no progress, Tamjet is the worse place I ever deltwith I think no I know they are dishonest and will never deal with them again and I will tell all my flying friends never to buy any of his products.

Guys,

I have dealt with Tam and he was excellent sent me all the parts I have asked for to Cyprus (Europe) with no problem!!

Flying buddys have also ordered from him and were very pleased. The quality of his jet pipes are second to none.

Ive been having trouble getting a hold of him also, ive tried calling leaving messages emails nothing. Ive been waitting for some brake o rings for over 2 weeks now.[&o]
