DSX-11 in UK

The integrated DSX-11 has arrived in the UK finally! Those that don't want the option of 35mhz can have this (in my opinion) neater setup. Now my only issue is one of these or a new DSX-9 which now has 50 model memories and a back lit screen[8D]

He's hoping the big picture of the backside will detract from the hideous image of the front ! :D

Has anyone used the module version ? I am tempted by the integrated model, 11channels at half the price of the DSX12, apart from it looking like a robot any other comments ?

I have the module version and it is ok. I havnt flown with it yet as I am still using my DSX9. If you like to use the side sliders you wont like this as it has them at the back of the TX.

I have the DSX9 but could do with the extra channels, not to worried about the sliders, I have grown to like the design,

I've been flying a 11 Zero X today setting up a Boomerang Torus and it feels better than I expected. Still no where near the quality of the DSX-12, but like a basic car does the same job as the quality versions.
I used the stock JR set up of back left for retracts and front left 3 pos for Flaps. Easy to use as the program is like the DSX-9, but with more timer options and more switch options for those that like something different.

More expo and Dual rate options than the DSX-9 too

How many flight modes are there in the aeroplane mode Dave? Two or three?

That's my issue too! Trying to work out if I really need the other 2 channels!

Max movement, enough expo for smooth flight...done!

As long as you don't use coupled aileron/rudder mix ;)
