How's This for Formation Flying?
1 Attachment(s)
It was unseasonably warm in my neck of the woods this weekend, so me and a couple of buddies took our Bandits out for a few laps. We practiced flying in formation. How'd we do our first time out? :D

Nice try... But your Photoshop expertise could use some help. Take a closer look at the horizontal stab training edges....

RE: How's This for Formation Flying?

RE: How's This for Formation Flying?
2 and 3 are a bit acute. Each should be just a touch aft of where you put them.
But then again, that would only be true for cockpit based visual cues vs ground based visual cues...... I sure hope this doesn't launch the downwind turn myth again. |
RE: How's This for Formation Flying?
OK, I'll come clean. It wasn't really me and two buddies. I bound one transmitter to three jets! :)

RE: How's This for Formation Flying?
Its obvious that the second jet is turning downwind compared to the rest....:)
