MKS Wing Servos
1 Attachment(s)
Many of you may be aware of the MKS wing servos but I've just come across them and they look great. They might not be much of a bargain in some places but in the UK they compare very favourably with the JR wing servos (JR 171 is about £70 and MKS 6125 mini is £45). Specs are very good too with the 'standard' 6125 only 10mm (0.39 inches) thick with 6.6 Kg/cm (91 oz/in) at 4.8v.
I haven't run mine yet but they look fantastic in their shiny metal cases. I know web reviews can be misleading but these seem to have universal approval so far. Hopefully they'll turn out to be as good as the Savox servos I've been using recently. |

I have been doing some long term testing (as M&R always do before selling a product) and so far they seem pretty good. Servos do vary through the MKS range, but looking OK on most. Dave |

I've heard good things too, and will be using the wing servos in my Stinger as oppose to JR and 'the other' brands. Heli guys seem to rate them too.

Also they do special monting plates for them and neat short metal servo arms too.....

RE: MKS Wing Servos
Well, you all got my attention with these, but i was expecting them to be cheaper, but over here in the states, they are actually $5 more expensive than the JR DS378, and are equivalently priced to the DS378HV's... that burst my bubble a little bit. A good point about them though, is the metal case and higher torque. on the JR wing servo's, the mounting tabs were weaker than i was expecting.
