hi

YES 16/15/3 with 4,7x4,7 camprop and 8x1100AE or 8x700AR cells works perfectly for the microjet!! Lot's of speed, almost vertical climb - huges loops, violent rools, perfectly jet-trainer.

flight time approx 3-4 minutes (with the 1100AE cells), which is way enough with that speed. I assume is goes approx 130 km/h (=81 mph), which ok for such a small plane.

I'm sure you cant get more speed out of it without speding alot on more expensive brushless setups, and pushed cells.

I have no videos, but can make som pics of my setup, if you want.

Nice!!! What kind of paint did you use? Looks great!!!...thinking I may do something similar to keep it distinguishable from the rest of the pack. Thanks again for the pics.

happy!

Paint it with any 1 or 2 Component paint. Mine is PlaticKote from the local handy-store. The fuse will take any paint. Take a minute to prime it, since coulors like this orange one does'nt cover to good. I primed it with white house-wall paint, but anything would do.
The fuse may be clued with cyano, and cleaned with Acetone, so no paint can destroi it. Mine is original blue on the bottum, which makes out very fine in air.
PS - you might think that 81 mph sounds slow, but it's a small plane, so it appears as a Hot Spot going 230 Mph+

My control surfaces move extremly little during flight, and the motor tends to push the nose down - special during laungh. Please have some one to throug, laungh it noseup (like 30° angle9, and a good hard punch. Or it will "land" at once.

it's just as much at jet as e.g. a Kangaroo with pusher prop, only relativly much faster ;)
