Gps.
I was thinking of buying a GPS to messure the speed of my hotspot.
I was just wondering if it would work ok if I just installed it somewhere inside the fuselage, or does it have to be out in the open or in the canopy so it can "see" out or something like that to work properly? My guess is that it should work fine as the radio waves would go through the fuselage?? I was thinking of getting this simple unit : http://www.garmin.com/products/geko101/ SJ. |

SNJ:
Make sure that it logs max speed. My Magellan GPS 320 does not.. It should be no problem having it inside the fuse. My GPS works well under the deck of the boat, and the fiberglass is a little bit thicker there.... :p |
Ditto
The JetCat GPS works fine inside a fiberglass fuselage
