To my customers
 
Guys,

My 2 youngest daughters were involved in a car accident on Monday and as a result I will be approximately 2-3 weeks behind in filling some of my orders for fiberglass parts. Most other orders will only be a week or so behind.

For those of you that know them, Krystal is pretty much ok; some brused ribs (she was driving) but Ashley suffered a neck injury and may need orthoscopic surgery to repair some possible damage to the right side of her neck. She has been in a neck brace waiting for the swelling to go down and her neck to relax enough to have an MRI. The hospital did an CAT scan so we know no bones are broken and the discs are ok, but we'll know more about the ligaments and nerves on Tuesday when we get the results of the MRI.

Hi Dan,

Sorry to hear about your daughters! Hey man, family always comes first, and nobody would blame you for not filing some order or two during this personal family crises.
Take care of the girls first, then maybe get a part out or two. They need you now.
Hope they recover swiftly my friend.

Thanks guys,

Your support means a lot to me! My family and I went through the same thing 4 years ago with our oldest daughter on New Years Eve. She rolled her Jeep on the freeway 6 times after hitting a patch of black ice and you guys were there for support then too. I know I don't always make everyone on this list happy in my business afairs, but you guys have been there personally for me anyway. Thanks for all the prayers, good thoughts and positive comments I've received.

Dan,

You made custom Tucano drop tanks and pylons for me in under a week from order date... Nobody else offers that service. Thank you.

Sometimes there is a long wait for your parts, but once they arrive, the frustration is forgotten. Because the quality is top notch. And, sometimes we have to keep in mind that you are a one man show with hundreds of different projects going on at all times. We are lucky to have a company like yours to provide all these goodies.

Here is a photo of two of my planes that have had their looks greatly enhanced by Details 4 Scale parts. My Draken will also be D4S outfitted.
